To be issued an ID card / to update or enroll in DEERS:
- Adults 21 years and older must bring two forms of government-issued, valid ID, the primary being a photo ID, to renew military ID card. Ex: A driver's license and old ID card, OR driver's license and social security card, OR Old ID card and birth certificate OR passport and old ID card.
- Dependents must also have either their sponsor present with them OR a signed DD 1172 from their sponsor, OR a power of attorney for their sponsor. ID cards are issued IAW AFI 36-3026.

INTENDED DELIVERABLES: 2026–2027 University of Tennessee (UT) Athletic
Recruitment Marketing and Sponsorship Package (including Neyland Stadium LED
ribbon board ads, Vol Village interactive fan-zone footprint, digital
programmatic geofenced media, and digital game-day program ads).
JUSTIFICATION FOR SINGLE-SOURCE ACTION:
The University of Tennessee Athletics multimedia, marketing, and trademark
licensing rights are managed exclusively under a proprietary agreement by
Learfield College, LLC. No other vendor or broker has the legal authority to
sell or distribute UT's licensed trademarks (including the "Power T"
and "Volunteers" marks), Neyland Stadium digital fascia ribbon
boards, or official game-day publication space.
This notice is published in accordance with FAR
5.101(a)(2). Any responsible source that believes it can satisfy the
requirement and holds equivalent licensing authority from the University of
Tennessee may submit a capability statement to the Contracting Officer.
