2nd Lt. Nate Davis, 118th Airlift Wing, fastens the straps of a litter carrier that was used during a national disaster emergency exercise that took place at the base April 28. The exercise was a two-day drill that also took place at the 164th Airlift Wing in Memphis, on April 29.
